January 3, 2024 received notification warranty initiated. January 5, 2024 delivered. January 6, 2024 Geek Squad called during installation to advise it was dead out of the box. Best Buy Geek Squad provided excellent service & timely notification. Waiting for it to be available again…

Great SATA SSD.

It can average a bit slower with the write and read speeds. But I bought this for a push to go fully away from mechanical drives.

actually a 128gb dont buy

I looked up why it was only letting me format it to 128 and apparently other people have had this issue as well where they just put the wrong product in the box. Really disappointing.

Good big little drive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a large capacity SSD; very useful for the TV streaming boxes I build out of refurbished Micro PCs. I've always had good luck with most Samsung products, with the exception of my last Galaxy phone. Which wasn't as bad as my iPhone. I've got multiple Samsung SSDs, including the two of these IO bought for my TV boxes, and no failures yet. I even have some old spinning rust drives which got replaced due to age, and capacity, but never failed.
