An excellent solid state drive. Performs as advertised. Easy to install.

Picked up two of these for my wife and I's systems recently. Easy to install and great quality. Loads games very fast. Also love the Samsung Magician software that helps you manage the drive and see information about it. I've had an older SATA SSD in my system from Samsung that is now about 8 years old and still going strong.

I Am a Tech junkie to say the least. I Have a new 4k Display Rtx 30 series 10th Gen I7 processor Gaming Laptop. And I Tell you what for being a laptop it Crushes my PS5. But i Felt like the 500 GB SSD was holding it bad in both terms of performance and Space. I Did alot of research on SSDs PCIe 3 VS 4 and relation to NVME connectors. Long story short unless you're Rig has an “Ice Lake-U” and “Ice Lake-Y” mobile processor or an AMD Zen 2 Ryzen processor then you cant Get any more speed out of a PCIe 3 Vs a PPCIe . all that being said the Bang Per buck for this drive is phenomenal, Also the 970 Plus is top teir as far as speed goes so everyone except someone with the stated above processors should be Picking one of these up for a SSD upgrade/ PS: The Data migration software provided By Samsung Works Wonders. 10/10 on delivery by Samsung they topped the charts kept it affordable and even provided Free software that makes the transition smooth Also features disk Cleanup and performance monitoring software for Consistency moving forward.

Couldn't recommend these enough... Such a good deal for an NVMe... These use to cost you a ton & now they're just as cheap as a HDD. Very good performance & haven't had any issues!

Well priced extra fast storage for $110.00 that I got on sale. Put in a desktop to put FS2020 on specifically due to it's massive size and data transfer. I noriced they state that after 600 terrabytes of writing the unit is expected to fail...not sure if thats a good thing...

Very fast NVMe drive. Expensive option compared to others regarding capacity/price but it's wicked fast and Samsung's SSD reliability is leaps ahead of any other manufacturer. I've purchased over 100 Samsung SSD's over the past few years for clients and have only had 1 go bad.

Although the newer PCIe 4.0 came out a few months ago, PCIe 3.0 is maxed out at 3.5GB/s. After installing windows 10 and all my goodies, I did some benchmarking just to see where I sit. 3489 read 3200 write, basically, it's maxing out the PCIe 3.0 bus. Super simple to install and just as simple as using any other harddrive, this thing is blistering fast.

Coming from an Sata SSD, this completely blows the regular SSD's out of the water. If you plan to upgrade your computer, this is the drive to go with. Especially if your coming from a regular spinning disk hard drive. Samsung has never let me down in the storage department, they build great drives compared to other competitors, you won't be disappointed.

I choose Samsung over other drives due to there unheard of warranty. This was my firs PCI Gen 4 drive and it didn't disappoint. Super fast and with Samsung data migration easy to transfer windows and other files to the new drive. If you want a reliable fast drive at a good price this is the one for you.

I purchased this to replace Optane memory and a standard hard drive in a newer gaming computer. The computer boots incredibly faster and download speeds have improved tremendously. Samsung solid state drives always impress me for both speed and reliability. If your board has the capability to run a PCI Express 3.0 X 4 (NVMe) SSD, the 970EVO should fill the slot.

I bought my wife the Lenovo 720Q with the SSD and was impressed with the difference the SSD made. So, I bought the 970 EVO Plus 1TB for my computer. It was easy to put in, just make sure you have the little screw to hold it in place. I had considered a smaller size, but very pleased I paid the extra for the 1TB. A great investment in speed.

Really fast drive. Computer starts up in seconds. Plenty of storage.

Chose this over the 980. Added to an extra PC I have and may use as a server. Fired right up, blazing fast, no issues. It was 50% off so I couldn't pass it up and neither should you when it's on sale.

Super fast drive at a great price. Just a suggestion. I needed to clone my existing drive. Tried Windows 10 cloning and Dell’s cloning and neither worked well. Bought Aomei Backup and worked perfect and simple to use.

If you like the speed of SATA solid state drives, you will love how fast they go when attached directly to the board. Great SSD - very easy to install and very fast and reliable thus far

When i bought this it turned out to be a lesser price than a much slower 2.5 sata 6 ssd alternative for the same storage space. Bought it for my brother for christmas and it paired nicely with a sabrent pcie 4.0 adapter so it would work at gen 3 speeds on a gen 2 motherboard.

Bought on sale - absolutely great deal! I use this SSD for my primary operating system and it boots very fast (less than 10 seconds when power button is pressed)! Would buy another and recommend!

Samsung did it once again with these M.2. The installation portion was smooth as butter had absolutely no problems. The speed on these M.2 are simply amazing and I am surprised how fast these boot my Windows and games. I would simply buy these again! Only con is the price can be a little steep for these bad boys.
