I can honestly say that I am 100% satisfied. My computer is faster and works flawlessly. I also added 8 gigs of RAM for a total of 16 gigs as that is all HP said my particular model would support. By buying my laptop on sale at BB at nearly a $300.00 savings and having GEEK Squad make the changes I was able to get what would have cost me about $400.00 more from HP had I ordered one built this way, even with a 10% veterans discount so I am happy.

At the time it was a little more than half the price of a Gen 4. Fortunately we saved the motherboard board box, so we were able to find the rear mounting screw, which is much smaller than the other case screws. I plan to buy another for my other son's Ryzen build.
