Having this allowed me to install more games and have it launch faster than what I was used to. Usually my game would launch about 2-3 seconds after launching, now it’s less than 1-2 seconds and my game is ready to play. Very affordable and nice to have!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, not a fault with the device specifically, but I asked the BestBuy staff if there were screws included for mounting to the motherboard, and he was so confident with he "yes" response I didn't question it. First mistake. There is no screw for mounting this, which led to an unfortunate delay in installing it and just a waste of time searching my years of leftovers thinking I must have one - I didn't. Second problem is the software that you download to clone the drive is very picky. This again turned into hours of wasted time getting the cloning to work. It would run to 99% and fail. After looking online and trying many iterations, I eventually got it to work, but made so many changes along the way that it's unclear what the problem was. At first, did one thing at a time, so I would know, but eventually was trying many things at once. Once the system started booting from the new device, it runs like a dream, so much faster to come up and be ready to use, even the initial virus scan is very quick now. I'm pleased with the device, but it was not as easy as I had expected/hoped.

Data migration is very useful & easy. Although I ended up reinstalling the windows again after I messed up when I transferred the “Users” manually to my HDD drive and tweak the registry address. I was lucky my files were backed in Clouds. Temperature is at 55-65degC when i play games. Slot for NVMe is placed next to the RAM then the CPU. Temperature at 35degC on websurfing & office. Be sure to have M2 screw ready before you buy this.
