Working Better than expected! lightning fast with lots of space. I have 0 complaints about this M2. hard to see in photo however it fits nicely below cpu cooler and above gpu. nice and compact!

Been waiting for a sale to occur for M.2 drives and this happened to drop to a low that I haven't seen yet and finally pulled the trigger. Simple install, only took about a minute to take apart my current computer and drop this in. Currently using this and a secondary 1TB SSD for additional storage. It does run a bit hot at 50c without doing much tasks, but so far no issues and use this as my primary drive for games for the time being.

I love the Samsung Evo Series. They have had several new generations of this M.2 SSD and this one still holds up extremely well! You can get others at cheaper price, but price for performance on these are unmatched in my opinion. I use these for boot drives in both of my PC's and I love them. No need to even upgrade. Have been using for several years, and performance is still as good as the first week. If you can afford to step up to this price bracket for a new boot drive/game library, this will definitely get you where you need to be QUICKLY. I like to pair these with the Samsung Evo 2.5" SSDs as well. Love them.

I put this into my Rog Strix B550 F Gaming (AMD) mobo and it's been excellent. I did have to format it in disk manager but that was a smooth process. I also wasn't totally ready to move everything off of my old tiny 120 gb SATA where my OS used to be so I did a clean install of Windows 11 and now I have both available to me and if I need to switch to the old Win 10 on the SATA I can just change the boot disk on startup. When I installed it, it did disable some of my SATA ports so I had to move some cables around but that's a feature of the motherboard and doesn't have anything to do with this drive specifically. It's also pretty common in motherboards that using the M.2 will deactivate some of the SATA channels. Anyway, so far so good. I'm so glad to see that solid state storage is getting truly affordable.
