Easy to install and lightening fast compared to conventional HDD SATA drives. In speed comparisons to SSD SATA drives for video, word processing and web surfing, I got about the same performance as a Samsung 890 SSD. For the price and case space management and speed, this is a winner. Highly recommended!

Purchased as a secondary internal storage device for my AiO desktop PC to free up space on my boot drive. Installation was as quick and easy as upgrading or replacing any internal components on an AiO PC can be, and the drive has so far been performing better than I had expected.

Fantastic purctase for an upgrade hard drive. Super fast and easy to install. Very reliable with solid state, compared to rotary style hard drives that fail over time. I use this for all of my demanding software including OS and gaming. I have multiple in my desktop.

Using SSDs and PCIs in laptops has been great for speed and reliability compared to the old mechanical hard drives. But due to their expense, they usually don't have enough storage for me. Since I've been using my home PC since 1987 (not the same one) I've accumulated a lot of files that I don't want to get rid of or store on an external drive. So when I bought my last laptop I had them replace the 250GB storage with this 1TB. It's been great from day one.

An SSD is a must in the modern world if you are gaming. There are some gaming companies out there whose games won't even run properly if you do not use an SSD. I upgraded to this SSD and my computer ran smoother, everything was faster, I 10/10 would recommend.

After switching from a regular SSD to this, I will never be going back. After months of research about whether or not NVMe would be worth it I decided to just buy one. I'm so happy I did. My computer is a lot snappier and overall seems to be performing better. Only issue I had (probably user error) was that I had to unplug my old SSD and HDD in order to install windows on the NVMe SSD. Other than that, setup was easy and samsung magician seems to be working great with it.

If you're looking for a PCIe SSD that will blow you away, this one definitely fits the bill. It's crazy fast. It's faster than several others in its class. I can copy from and to the same drive at 1.27 GB/sec (yes, GIGABYTES PER SECONS) on a 64K cluster NTFS volume! For video editing on a gaming laptop, this thing is a massive help. I was able to run Adobe Premiere Pro in 16-camera multicam view (with proxies enabled) and edit that way smoothly after putting my project on this beast.

One of the fastest SSD out there. I don't really do benchmarks or things like that, but I previously had a Sandisk SSD that gave out before a regular HDD gave out, kinda funny since they are marketed as longer lasting due to no moving parts & it gave out before a regular HDD. Anyways, it was easy to install in my newer motherboard. So far I did notice a slight improvement in speeds, and paired with Gigabit internet, I am able to move files fairly quick. No regrets.

If anybody is still using a HDD and is wondering if they should take the time to swap it out for an SSD like this, the answer is yes you should. The speed this thing has is incredible compared to my old HDD. Computer boot up time went from 6 minutes on my HDD to 16 seconds with this SSD. Opening and working on files are much snappier and tolerable, especially while working on massive art files.

Found this drive on sale to update my rig by adding this 1TB drive as a primary gaming drive. I have a 4TB WD black HDD for my game library that has slowly been getting full (and as AAA titles get larger in size), found this a great way to 'front line' my main day to day games for faster loads. Even compared to online stores like Amazon or Newegg, this was still very marginally priced just a few dollars more, and I could put my hands on it right away and get it installed. The performance of this SSD is excellent, and Windows 10 boots in about 4 seconds on my Yoga 720. Reboots in about 7 seconds, so am def not complaining. Excellent product, great price, great value, and was able to upgrade my machine which was out of space on it's manuf provided 256GB SSD so it was a savings for me across the board!
