fast for a gamer pc build! Not to expensive for the first build! Sad the price dropped $20 bucks not even 2 months after I bought it.

Great fast storage. Great for basically anything. I'm using as a boot drive. Everything is fast. Obviously take up no space. This is the way to go. If you will use it for games and such I'd suggest a bigger capacity one.

The Plus means that it is faster than the one without Plus in the name. You will notice an immediate speed difference but only a huge difference if you are encoding video. Gaming it still helps on loading times by a few seconds.

Good and also really fast. Just pricey for a 250gb ssd. I in my opinion would go something cheaper if I could.

It works as described. What more can you ask for? I would recommend this NVMe drive based on its performance. Performance even better in a raid 0 configuration if your motherboard supports it.

This was for a new gaming rig. I am using it to house my main game. Start up is crazy fast and transition from cut scenes is so cool. My motherboard supports 2 m.2 drives so I may look into buying a larger one in the future.

Paired this up as my work drive/boot drive to load all my files up on my gaming/school laptop. The speed is amazing tested about 3,000 mbs and have never experienced any corruption, failure, crashes or anything. As a day to day user, you would not recognize the difference between this and a regular SSD, but if you are constantly transferring files or working on programs that export/import things, you'll notice a huge load time improvement. Recommend 100%, just the price is a premium.

This is my second EVO 250GB drive I purchased. The first was back in 2016 which was still going strong before I damaged it upgrading my motherboard. So far this drive has performed as expected.

These 970 Evo (and then the Evo Plus) drives are real workhorses. I have tweo 250GB ones (including this one) and a 2TB. All 3 work flawlessly, are faster than anything in their price class and never failed.

Has my operating system on it, my boot times are insane, just extremely over priced compared to the competition.

Just added this drive (250gb model) to my new Dell XPS 8930, and am getting 3,550mb read / 2,670mb write speeds on the benchmark. What a Huge different from a standard Samsung SSD sata drive. Highly recommended!

Did exactly as promised. My rig boots up fast and games/process load very quickly. Only down side is I wish I would have purchased a larger capacity. But for a boot drive hands down best one I've used.

I bought this NVMe SSD on sale, pretty much knowing what I was going to get from other positive reviews I had looked at. I'm going to be using it in my first Ryzen PC build as my boot drive.

Watched video how to install windows on it and set boot to it in bios. Pentium 3900 tan faster than Samsung says 3. Then upgraded to a320-s2h with ryzen 5 3600. Very fast for $$$

Wouldn't recommend this as anything other than a bit of extra storage when it is on sale. Do not use something like this for a boot drive for a gaming machine.

Well, this was fast on web and quickly start programs but there 250gb I would should get 500 gb. It would be easy to use for window pro install on Samsung evo 970 m.2

Was able to get it when this SSD on discount. Great SSD with great read & write speed. Can’t go wrong with Samsung SSD.

My first nvme drive after using ssd and hard drives for years . This is a great way to jump into the future . The loading speed for softwares and even OS are amazing fast .

Had been having issues with my laptops speed. Did a full wipe and reloaded windows onto this guy. Night and day. I will be picking up the 1TB version for mass storage soon!

amazing technology, crazy fast! standard HDD and SSD production should be discontinued, for it is obsolete in comparison to NVMe technology.
