Finally NVME is affordable for mass storage

I see no reason to ever buy another 2.5" SSD drive when NVME is finally at a price where mass storage is more affordable. My only regret is not purchasing 2 for 4TB of storage.

Exactly what I needed

It was extremely easy, made an image of the old drive, swapped in this one, restored the image, used Disk Manager to add the extra 1TB as a secondary drive (didn't want to expand the primary, although I could have), and all is good. I don't notice any difference in speed and the CrystalDiskInfo benchmark agrees.

Runs Fast, Runs Hot!

These things, and seemingly, this one especially, run hot. My mobo has an NVME SSD heatsink, and even with that, my SSD almost hits 70C during extended, high volume read/write periods. In normal use it runs a bit less than 50C, which I think is just fine. Definite, noticeable improvement in read/write performance compared to my last, non-NVME SSD, recommend if you have a mobo with an NVME heatsink and good case air flow.
