Install this, partition the drive, download Samsung Magician, set the drive over-provisioning up, and then run a performance test. If you're upgrading a System (OS) drive adn don't have an extra slot, it helps to get an external enclosure for PCIe M.2 drives with at least USB 3.0.

I use a gaming laptop, and this ssd just lets me install everything i want, and more. The installation was not too hard: Just get a USB and Wgindows has some utuility to install some key or info that lets you install the OS on your new ssd. (Maybe its slightly less simple than this, but it is not too hard)
