Bios found it right away. I forgot to format the drive in Disk Manager, so I thought it didn't work. After chatting with Customer service they reminded me to format the drive. All is good now. Glad I made this purchase.

My 500GB SSD was replaced by this 2TB SSD. This was done to accommodate my video editing needs and then storage onto an external standard HD. Install completed by Geek Squad on Total Tech Support.

Read/write speeds are noticeably faster on this m.2 SSD. The biggest surprise was how much easier it was to install in the laptop than I expected (went in to an Acer Predator).
