Hesitated to migrate to a SSD but eventually bit the bullet and the performance of this Samsung drive has been phenomenal. PC now boots up in seconds, is super stable and lightning quick.

This is my OS and programs drive and man is it fast. Boot up time is very nice using NVME drives. The read and write speeds are solid with these Samsung m.2 SSD's. You won't regret it.

First M.2 and I gotta tell you, I'm impressed. Use this as my new boot drive and even at 50% capacity used it completely wipes any use of SSD for a boot drive. Super fast and clean boot times now.

This ssd is the bets you can get for your money. Quick and one of the best on the market without spending too much. Got the 500gb for $80! Installed it and have not had any issues.

I purchased this SSD from Best Buy. The purchase experience was exceptional, as they price matched with no hassle. The Samsung came with the software needed to set up the drivers and to transfer the data from my current hard drive. Also were instructions on going into the BIOS to change boot order. The only thing that was an issue was the screw that was needed to hold down the SSD. It is needed to not only secure it, but to complete the circuit. My mother board did not supply one, so I removed a similar one from my WIFI card and went to a local hardware store where they were able to match the screw and washer. After that, everything went smoothly.

This is easy to install and is faster than a SSD. I use this for my boot drive: Windows and system software only still leaves enough room for some games. Very fast on Bootup.

Samsung EVO products have never failed me regardless of the application. Performance is always at or above stated levels. Issues with overheating have been nonexistent for me.

A fast drive and worth considering. But it idles at 41C and quickly runs up from there. I got a Hynix S31 at 1 TB on sale for just $25 more than this 500 GB. It idles at 33C and rarely goes past 41C. And it's also just a bit faster than this Samsung. Serious competition! I decided to keep the Hynix!

After installing with ease it was very easy to then get going on my computer there was no issues getting my computer to find it. games and filed downloaded on the SSD responded quickly and ran smoothly.

This drive is easy to install. It's supper fast too. I'm using it in a NAS for plex mediea server. I have not had any issues to date. windows install was 7 minutes Done.

If you are looking to get into SSD's or M.2's this is the way to go. Fast and reliable performance and power savings. What more could you ask for? Buy it, you won't regret it.

This is faster than the last generation model. It wasn't over expensive for a 500 gb. Makes for a great os hard drive. M.2 is the way to go for gaming now a days. Other hard drives can't keep up.

Replaced an SSD SATA boot drive for this M.2 970 EVO plus and don't regret this decision at all. Works perfectly with older systems too. I currently have it installed on an ASUS Maximus Hero VII.

Easy to install and worked great. Windows opens very quick. Used this to replace a defective one in my brother-in-laws computer. Highly recommend.
