I purchased this Solid State Drive and installed it on my laptop...and couldn't be happier. The installation was easy and the result is that my laptop is now lightning fast. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for an affordable way to increase the speed and memory of your computer.

Excellent product if you want your os starting up fast everything working in fast speeds, this is your best bet, and then you can always get a 2tb hard drive for games and put most of your games on that, and the main games you play that you want loading quick and easy you can put on the m.2 nvme!

Samsung makes the most reliable SSDs. Now the specs may not be top notch and the price may be a little more expensive than other brands like Sabrent and etc. However, the reliability is just much better. I have yet to have a Samsung drive fail on me.

Fast and reliable. Use it for games or and photoshop. Fast loads. Must have if you have the money. Once you experience any m.2 you will never wanna go back to hdd

I have several NVMe PCI3 3 SSD in my rig. I have performed several benchmark tests on applications and games. This one is by far the fastest. I decided to use it as OS drive and all my apps start much faster. It is a bit pricey, but if you want one of the fastest SSD's, this is the one to get.

Unbridled speed and my unit does well with integrated Motherboard cooling hardware. Fantastic as a boot drive and loading times for priority games. Great Samsung quality and magician software is great to have as a peace of mind as more M.2's go without software monitoring.

Installed this in an Intel NUC11 as the main drive. I had no issues installing the OS and no issues operating since. Good product

This NVMe works great with my windows 10 pc that I currently built read and write speeds are off the chart. Doesn't work with the Hackintosh I built. For that,​ you would need just the 970 EVO.

I bought this item for my video editing PC as main driver. my PC is working at high speed as it can be. Easy Installation and no tool require. I will add more comment after I use it for few weeks.

Samsung EVO, how can you go wrong. Lightening fast speeds along with durability and a 5 year warranty to boot. Highly recommend if your looking for your main drive or to add storage to your laptop or desktop

Very Fast and Reliable storage. Never used an M.2 SSD and it def makes a difference. Games load up quicker than normal SSD

Wanted a fast drive to serve as the main for my first computer build. After some research thought I’d give this drive a try and haven’t turned back. PC recognized without any issues and boots windows in a flash. Even though it’s pci express 3.0 (not4.0) it’s still crazy fast. Would highly recommend.

Installed in my son’s 1.5 year dell laptop that the hard drive failed. Not for this review, but that’s 2 of my kid’s dell laptops that had hard drive failures in less than 1.5 yrs. the SSD was installed to install, recognized immediately, and my son says it has been great for his gaming.

Wow. This thing made all the difference in the world. Had a new computer. With a regular hard drive. Was slow to start up and just slow over all. What Samsung's online help added this ssd drive and now it's a really nice and fast computer. No idea why they didn't just sell it this way in the first place.

Excellent performance and no throttling. Added this to system that already had a 960 Evo and while I cant notice any real world READ performance difference between the 960 and 970 for standard home user usage the write performance is substantially better than the 960. Would highly recommend this drive.
