A good SSD for those wanting portable solutions

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unlike the conventional use of this SSD as a boot drive, I decided to convert its function to a portable SSD storage solution, which it has perfromed exceptionally well despite a much more thermally taxing environment in a metal enclosure. Reads and writes are bery consistent, and the drive didn’t show signs of thermal throttling when performing big data transfers.

Great Little SSD for My Virtual Memory Needs

I upgraded to a Z790 Intel motherboard and my old SSD did not work. This new one plugged right in and performs very well. Couldn't be happier. i Use it mostly as a cache for my RAM (Virtual Memory use in an existing WIndows 11 application where I didn't want to do a cold install).

There are others with similar features and warranties. But they aren’t as well known. Make sure you know what your buying and if it’ll work in your system.

If you haven't upgraded to solid state, do yourself a favor and pick one of these up(if you have an m.2 slot!)
