This is the 13th Samsung NVME I have purchased in the past 12 months... That alone should say something about the quality and value of these products. Currently on a PC I built, running 3 of these in RAID 0, IOPS is atleast 3500 mbps on the array and zero failures to date. Having used similar products from PNY and Western Digital, The Samsung drives are noticeably quicker and more reliable.

It has very good quality and is redeuced to very low price now. If you dont need top of the line/newest generation SSD, this is a very good and reliable alternative option.

Fast ,less space, easy to install Very reliable Excellent

I bought this as an addition to my gaming pc. I don’t know much about computers and I ran into a bit of trouble trying to install it. First, I didn’t have the spacer for the motherboard and I didn’t have the screw to hold the drive to the motherboard. Which was supposed to be left with the motherboard when it was installed when I had the pc built. I had to buy the spacer and the screw from Amazon. It was $3.99. No big deal. After getting the screw I installed it fairly easy. Second, after physically installing it I had to format the disk and partition the disk. I downloaded the software from Samsung which was easy enough. But navigation the menu options to format and partition it was a lil rough. After watching 5 or 6 YouTube videos on the process I felt confident enough to give it a go. Successful on the first try. I’m supremely happy with the performance thus far. Aside from the minor mishaps which had nothing to do with the drive it was an easy install. I recommend anyone who has a lil bit of computer know how to buy this drive. And if you don’t, a local compter tech or geeksquad could handle it for you relatively cheap.

The most difficult part of the installation was finding what I had done with the M2 slot standoff for my motherboard. The most surprising aspect was how well the downloaded disk copy/clone utility from Samsung performed. It did a complete copy/clone of my old hard driver without any difficulties. The speed increase for my machine was even more dramatic than I had expected.

Installing a NVMe SSD is a great way to bring new life into your old PC. I had a Dell all in one that was becoming almost too slow to be useful. Installed this and a little more memory and the computer should be good for a few more years. Installation is easy with the Samsung software.

Purchased this after hearing about all the positive things it could do for my rig. Being new to PC gaming I decided to test it out and was amazed how easy it installed. Boot times are now no joke an 1/8 of what they were. I couldn’t stop laughing out of sheer amazement of what this did for my computer. Overall I was blown away.

Samsung SSD NVME drives are amazing the speed and performance you get from them are unmatched. You cant go wrong when buying one of these drives.

This should be an easy choice by now. In my opinion these drives are the most reliable, most well rounded solid state drives money can by. Much faster than my Crucial, Seagate, Silicon power and even my Intel drives also even with beyond 10000 hrs on my first Samsung drive it's still working.

I considered other m.2 drives and after several weeks of comparisons and reading reviews, Samsung is where it’s at. Great speed and easy to install. The Samsung magician tool made it easy to clone my OS to this drive. Was up and running in just under a half hour. Would have loved to go up a tier but the wallet would not allow.

Excellent hard drive. I only purchase Samsung brand SSD's as I have had to many from other brands fail and not one Samsung SSD has failed on me yet out of about 200 that I have purchased. This M.2 drive was actually cheaper than their 500GB Evo SATA drive. I would definitely recommend.

Easy install, hassle free and quick install and boot of Windows OS. It's ideal for both OS (Operating System) boot or scratch/temp storage for editing videos for quick operations. Samsung is by far the most reliable for storage and especially if you are a video/etc editor profession. I would recommend this product to friends!

Clone windows from Samsung ssd to this m.2 took less than 5 mins. Much faster than what I expected. Now my computer boots up about 10 secs faster too. Have not have any crash neither since. Fast and reliable. What else would you ask for other than Samsung products little more spendy compare to other manufacturer.

Husband wamts to upgrade his hard drive, after the troughly research, picked this item over BF sale at Bestbuy. He said his Alien desktop speed/response went up much better than before, all works great- very good quality, easy to install(with my small/thinner hands to assist) pleased and satisfied with the purchase.

Fast and reliable, just like the title says. I needed a fast drive to store 4K video projects while working on them, and this has performed flawlessly. Decent amount of storage for the price, and while it is a touch pricier than the competition such as WD, I think it's worth the small premium.

Very nice ssd, a little more expensive than other options but Samsung storage devices are super reliable so the higher price is worth it. The fastest speeds on the market.

I have been using this product is much faster and more efficient. Even though a 1tb would be better, this 500gb is just as good and at a reasonable price. The instructions included in this product is made available for the technician for accurate installation and easy to read and understand for the novice.

No frills (or heat sinks) to complicate this SSD. It's fast, worked immediately, and fit easily into a Dell Laptop (I forget which model, it wasn't mine). I've used other Samsung SSDs in the past, and they've all been rock solid with great performance. I would definitely buy this again.
