My computer boots up and runs 20x faster. It's insane how this alone makes a difference. On top of this I also inserted a SanDIsk 1Tb SSD to store my games. It's worth it!

I am sorry to hear that this drive was not compatible with your system configuration. Samsung NVMe M.2 SSDs have an “M” Key configuration for use with a PCIe connector. Further, the form factor requires space for a single sided M.2 2280 (SSD with dimensions 22 mm x 80 mm) or use a third-party adapter (AIC) to connect to PCIe connector.
