Could Be Better

The picture has dark bands on the left and right side when there is a light color on the screen and there are also dark areas on other parts of the screen when light colors are displayed. Other than that the picture looks good. The other issue we've had is that when trying to use the apps on the TV the screen regularly freezes. We use a ROKU to stream and it works fine.

To determine whether the issue is related to the TV itself, we recommend running a Picture Test, which displays a high-definition test image for you to examine. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
You may also want to ensure the TV is running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Very disappointed in samsung

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought alot of samsung products in the past cell phones,tablets, tvs even we have the smart fridge not to mention the washer and dryer and now this tv is causing trouble. A tech came and said the circuitboard and another item is possible bad the tv is only 5 months old???? Now samsung is telling me its my responsibility to take the tv down than remount it. Not really realistic considering the tv is so new. I already paid in june 150 to mount it .Now you want me out another 300 im now confused of what to do and wish samsung could help. I dont want to pay around 300 bucks to unmount and remount the tv.

Size is probably outrageous but if you have the space, it works really nicely. The screen image to the very edge adds to the movie like feel.
