Great new TV

We had a fairly new 85 inch and our wall was so large we needed to get the new larger TV. Happy we did.

I could not get in contact with anybody for weeks to see where my delivery was. And customer representative didn’t not care about my purchase or when I might even receive my 98 inch tv. I also purchased white glove service and the delivery men just drop my tv inside the front door. So I will never purchase anything through your business again. They do not appreciate the fact that a customer can choose any place to purchase electronics. Best Buy needs to learn how to respect the customer better.
