We absolutely love our new 98 inch TV. The picture is great quality. We had a fairly new 85 inch and our wall was so large we needed to get the new larger TV. Happy we did.

Great Tv for the price a lot of new functions to learn, but once you understand the new functions, it becomes easier

The product is good but the service and delivery process, and keeping your customers updated on the delivery was very very disappointing. I could not get in contact with anybody for weeks to see where my delivery was. And customer representative didn’t not care about my purchase or when I might even receive my 98 inch tv. I also purchased white glove service and the delivery men just drop my tv inside the front door. So I will never purchase anything through your business again. They do not appreciate the fact that a customer can choose any place to purchase electronics. Best Buy needs to learn how to respect the customer better.
