They told us what wall mount to get. When the tv and wall mount were delivered for installation, the installer informed us that the mount was not the right one. And then they left. Now Best Buy is telling us that we have to wait 24 to 48 hours before we can even reschedule the installation appointment and that, as of today, they are booking 10 days out. We already waited 8 days so now we have to wait another 10 days plus? What a scam this installation service is. Wishing we had purchased this somewhere else. The customer service was horrible. On hold forever. Got cut off. Called back and constantly got service representatives reading off a script and not providing any actual service.
