extremely fast boot speed and speed into games I'd highly recommend even when not on sale but it's on sale every few months so if you're not in a rush for storage wait for that

I use it for gaming, its fast gets the job done, would definitely buy another, don’t be like me make sure you still have your m.2 screws lol

Excellent storage for a PS5 upgrade. I don’t fear that I’ll run out soon, and the speed is excellent. The only thing you’ll need is a compatible heat sink for use with the PS5. Can be found easily at the largest online retailer with a quick search.

Amazing SSD. The only complaint I have is it didn't come with the screw to hold it in the slot. Otherwise great storage space for a great price

These are my go to cards for SSD's. The Samsung cards are. the best. fast reliable and compatible with everything even in the most demanding environments. If it's gotta work this is what you need.

Not much to say, really, there are a lot of options on the market, but Samsung is known for its reliability, and as far as performance goes, it's one of the top two, competing closely with the WD SN850. I used both, and I'd say they're about the same, so at this point, it's up to a brand preference, but either way, you can't go wrong! Gen 4 is not cheap and to be honest, but if you compare it with Gen 3 drives, the difference is not that big, and if your hardware supports Gen 4 PCIe, might as well go for that. These drives come unmounted and unformatted. As far as you know what to do with that, it's easy. If not, you might want to consider some professional help. Also, Samsung offers disk cloning software, I've never used it, but it's available if needed, I heard it does the job just fine.

Cheap, lots of storage and fast! No complaints. Might be worth it to fork out the extra 10-20 for 850x, but this is still a great deal!

Like most NVME, it’s easy to install, and works flawlessly. Never have had any issues with the drive, and the 2tb amount is great for game storage.

This solid state drive has been super fast at load times, boot speed, and doing file transfers. Plus it has a ton of storage all on the main drive.

MY wife's laptop SSD had run out of space. The Samsung 980 Pro is faster and has plenty of space for the future. Upgrading the SSD was a great solution at a great price compared to buying a new machine.

Exactly what I wanted. Extremely fast and high capacity m.2 for my build. Very solidly built and packaged wonderfully. Works exactly as expected. Can't go wrong with Samsung, worth the extra cost for sure.

Usually the PRO version costs a lot. I was able to catch it for a good price and for 2TBs, you can't beat the speed and storage. I have mines in a desktop and the opening of data is instant!

Samsung has yet to fail me with their computer hardware. This tiny little m.2 ssd is fast and can hold my entire steam library. 10/10 recommend.
