Very fast m.2 ssd just be wary of your filesystem.

If your on windows and Mac, don't worry too much about that, but for linux its very important. F2FS and EXT4 run the fastest and get the advertised speeds. Btrfs and ZFS might not be configured with TRIM enabled and sacrifice performance for reliability reaulting in unusually slow performance.

I've always had good luck with samsung drives, and this is no exception. It does exactly what it says on the box. 2 terabytes of storage for my steam library. Let's goooooo.

Samsung 980 Pro Excellent SSD

Using the Magician Software, I did not have any issues copying the content of my current smaller SSD unto it. Once I switched it to be the boot drive, it loaded Windows much faster than my old SSD. I am very happy with my purchase.

Best NVme you can get

I would definitely recommend this to everyone as it works flawlessly with the PS5 and can only assume it does on a PC too.

Super Happy—Lightning Fast!

Incredibly fast, my computer doesn’t even seem like it’s booting up—it’s just on! A couple of seconds and I’m signing in! There are definitely cheaper options out there, but if you can manage it, these Samsung NVMe drives are AMAZING!!!

It’s a known issue. I had to use another software, but I got it to work. This drive is super fast. Love it!

Samsung 2TB NVME

I had to do a full clean install because the Samsung data migration software would not work with the SSD. I did the firmware update and the data migration software would go to 99% hang and then would display an unknown error message. So after the 3rd try, I did a fresh install of windows 10 and the 11 update and have not had any issues
