Installed without issue. I've seen some improvements, but still feeling things out. Got it for $50 off. Still pricey, I'll take the deal.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As someone who never overestimates my lack of mechanical skills, I didn't believe everyone i'd spoken to when they said it was super easy to install an internal SSD into the PS5, but sure enough they were right. The most "difficult" part was unscrewing the console faceplate and compartment where the drive is installed. Simply installed the drive as instructed, and the new drive was automatically detected as soon as I powered on my PS5. If you have any hesitations, take it from me it's as easy as installing new AA or AAA batteries.
