It’s currently in the PS5 as a “just in case” as we started running low on storage, and so far, so good. No issues to report, and I appreciate the inclusion of a heatsink. I had to buy a heatsink separately with my first SS 980 Pro, which is going strong in my current build!

I love the space i have now compared to before

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its Worth it at first it didn't worked i thought my item was defective but after i restarted my ps5 it detected the ssd finally it took 2m to install the drive on your console and you're good to go you can now transfer and and download games also noticed fast loading screen and input lag felt better then before 100% better and faster then my default stock drive the ps5 brings buy this now dont think twice its freaking worth the upgrade.

The SSD is easy to install, and digital games that are on it run faster because of the increased reading speed the SSD has, and the built in heatsink prevents overheating. I would definitely recommend this as it is a valuable add on for PlayStation owners.

Great NVME Drives Are Now Affordable

The included heat sink is handy for some extra peace of mind if your M.2 slot is close to other components. Be forewarned, the heat sink makes this SSD beefier than most, so make sure you have enough room to accommodate its dimensions. Read and write speeds are fantastic. I did a clean install of windows when I put this in. Reinstalling almost a terabyte of games took just a couple hours and left enough room on the drive for my OS to run at peak efficiency.

Best Hard Drive Hands Down

If you're an OG gamer, you may know the past hoops of swapping out hard drives from past consoles. Lets just say hoops are a thing or the past. You will have this new hard drive installed in minutes. Dont waste the extra money for the Sony branded Hard drive. Buy this one instead and use the extra money on a new game! Highly Recommend!
