Picked this up to expand my PS5 storage, and it's been awesome. Installation was a breeze, just followed a quick YouTube tutorial. Now I've got tons of space for all my games, and load times are super fast. The heatsink definitely helps keep it cool, even during long gaming sessions. If you're tired of constantly deleting games to make space on your PS5, this is a must-have upgrade.

I waited way too long to upgrade my PC with an m.2 drive. The speed upgrade even compared to a regular SSD is noticeable. I was running my OS on another Samsung SSD and Samsung's data migration tool made transferring everything incredibly simple. I installed the drive, transferred the OS, and was back up and running in less than 20 minutes.

I've had this drive for over a year now and it's been reliable and fast device. The preinstalled heatsink is also helpful for keeping temperatures in check given it runs cooler than my other NVMe drive

Do you need storage? Yes. Do you need storage that doesn't overheat? Yes. If you're shopping for your PS5, is there even another option? Have 4 of these in my PC and a 5th in my PS5. Love them. Why are you still reading this, click add to cart and go buy it, you know you're going to.

I bought this specifically for the PS5. Works like a charm! Set up is extremely easy, since there's official videos that Sony has on their Youtube channel, taking you through the steps to install it. I really like this over the external SSDs because it's not dangling around and taking up extra space. One cool feature on the PS5 is that it lets you seamlessly transfer the digital files from the internal system onto the SSD. As a gamer, if you have the money, I would recommend the 2T size, since more games are going digital now. And even if you're a long-time physical gamer, like myself, initial installs will take up a good chunk of the memory... so to be safe, 2T is the way to go. Overall, I can't recommend this product enough. (Quick side note: you will need a tiny screw drive to insert the SSD into place. I believe that was the tool needed to install.)

Bought this to upgrade the storage on my PS5 several weeks ago and have no complaints so far. My only gripe is with Sony having you use three different screw heads to get to the slot to put this in. That said, from opening the side panel on the PS5 to having the drive formatted and moving some save data to the new drive took all of 20 minutes.

Very great SSD card. I love the heat sink feature also it’s a big upgrade from my 500gb SSD storage I had before. If you have 2 or more slot spaces for SSDs on your motherboard, you can purchase two of these to get 4tb storage. Highly recommend this SSD card!

I am really enjoying the extra space and love how it fits inside the ps5 so there is no usb or an extra portable device just sitting on the side of my PlayStation. Ive been able to download so much more and havent even used the whole thing yet. Very much recommend and ots worht the price

this SSD is amazing thing i was using a 7200rpm sata drive and boot was very very slow since i installed this ssd speed improved 25x faster great SSD recommended

All the primary storage of my laptop with faster read/write times (32gb main memory helps as well. Heatsink on a drive is a first for me, but I get it. The laws of physics demand it if you want to keep your 'puter functional. In a small case, an additional pull-fan helps move air out and bring air in, keeping everything cool

Installed this in my PS5 and I DO NOT regret it. Close to no hold times with it in and 2 TB really is ALOT. Strongly recommend this SSD isn't buy the PlayStation game though it's in the PC storage lane behind a locked glass so if ur getting this either buy it online or flag someone down as soon as you walk in.

I had been looking to upgrade the internal storage for my PS5. I was recommended this SSD by a trusted friend. The sale price was really good compared to others I had seen that were also on sale. It installed easily into my system and formatted properly. I definitely feel it was money well spent.
