It has 2 times the reading and writing speed (5600/4900 around there)as well as you can game much better. It's also much more reliable than a lot of other ssds which makes it good for long term use.

There are a few good reviews that compare it to the 980 & 990 or WD blacks, but when it comes to gaming, they are pretty much ALL on par with each other, including this one. I also like that it’s PCIE Gen 4 & 5. Trust me, get it and save money on a 990 pro if you’re just gaming.
