99% of users do not need this, hey its fast, does not get as hot as the newer PCI 5.0. Unless really needing the speeds, get the 970 EVO. PCI-3.0 is faster than any of us need, specially for gaming. I saw zero load time difference when comparing to the 970 EVO. I remomend go bigger, get the 990 EVO for 2TB istead of 1TB faster that brings zero benefits to most of us.

Bought for my sons PC, Its a good drive, but a little over-rated. My t700 gen 5 blows this out of the water, but it is still great value for the performance.

Its fast, very fast. I havent had any issues with it yet. Read online that it kills it self after a while of usage (loosing storage space due to software issues) other than that theres not much to say. Get the 2tb version. Legit got 13 games installed on my 1tb and already looking into upgrading. Buy this n youll be aight.

I ordered it off-line. It’s been about three days still hasn’t arrived. It said it would’ve arrived two days ago still hasn’t came and it’s been delayed twice now. If I was you just buy in store and I can go ahead and tell you the SSD is a wonderful storage device. It will transfer all your data from your other SSD onto this one without having to use a program.
