    I have been working with computers for the last 35 years, and I always amazed on how disk drives keep getting smaller and faster, I say 10 years from now all drives will be solid state ssd

    After much research, Gen 5 just doesn’t make any sense for my use case. This SSD is the next best option. Make sure you UPDATE the Firmware as soon as you install it!

    It seems to be working perfectly. My laptop would only support 1tb or I would have installed a 2tb. Write/read speed seems good. I would recommend it.
