Got this for my Playstation 5 and it works wonders. Now i have about 3TB of memory. Tranfers files easliy and honestly in seconds. You can do 300gb in like less than a minute. It loads games fast. It was also very easy to install. A 1 minute video and a small screw driver is all it takes. Pull the trigger. No better deal than this. I have another version of this on my gaming ov as well. Its been a couple years and never ran into a problem

Great performing SSD. Plenty of space for my games and other files. Used this to replace the stock SSD on my ROG Ally X. After verifying that it would fit with the heatsink installed, I decided to purchase it although you’d probably be fine without a heatsink.

Bought this to expand the storage capacity of my PS5. Installation was so easy, and the console recognized the SSD immediately. Performed the read/write speed and it exceeded the spec values. Quite happy with this purchase

Like so many others I have storage issues on my Ps5 due to its limited storage space. I've been hating having to pick which games to install and which to delete but this beast of a Ssd has solved that issue once and for all. I went with the 2tb model so between my PS5's regular storage and this SSD I have plenty of space. Most of my games are now on the SSD and zero issues running them, everything runs smooth and fast. This is an absolute must-have especially while on sale.

Currently using in my PS5 , it was easy to install and very fast with transfers. So far haven’t had any issues with storage or heating. Definitely recommend for the ps5

This worked excellent in my PS5 Pro. Games load just as fast as on the original SSD in the system. Samsung’s 990 Pro is the only SSD I use in both my pc and my PlayStation.

While the SSD is a bit thick(physically) and kinda bulges the bottom of my laptop, I have had literally no issues with using this storage. I do recreational music production and I run my VSTis off this thing. Its been fantastic for rendering my audio projects.

This is a great SSD for PS5. It was simple to install, and fit perfectly, even with the heatsink. Performance is at least as good as the stock drive.

990 PROs are top performers. This SSD was installed in a PC that has its own heat-sink, so that feature was irrelevant. Purchased because it was on sale for $20 less than standard version. Might be useful for PS5 owners even tho 990s are known for cool operation.
