This stick also has on-board DRAM, which is the main reason I chose it over the cheaper option from Samsung. I bought this for my ASUS laptop. ASUS laptops can use these full length M.2 drives so long as they only have chips on one side (see photo).

Works perfectly and am very happy with the performance and xtra memory!!!

This thing is quick and temps are nice and cool at 100% read\write speeds. Installed on MSI MAG Unify X570 with the motherboards stock heatsinks. Tested it in a 75°F room and idles at 42°C and max's out at 50°F during 100% read\write benchmark testing Normally my room is 70°F so SSD usually hovers a little over 37°C
