Pretty simple, just set phone on charger and looks like a coaster. I'm not convinced it's a 'super' charger as I was told by the salesman. Simpler than fumbling around for a cord on a desk, just set on charger.

Works fine. I like not having to plug it in all the time, but it is a little picky on the placement on the pad to charge. It takes a little to get used to where to set it.

This works perfectly, just make sure you sit the phone on it correctly. Hate to sit it and leave it for an hour or 2 and come back to see its not charged. And doesn't take long to charge at all :)

Fast and easy way to charge, it does a great job. I haven't compared the speed of charging to a cord, but it is definitely easy to use and charges my Samsung S9+ well!

My wife, a Samsung user teased me about this purchase. However, she is just as happy as I am to wirelessly charge my phone even with a case on it. I love it. It was affordable and practical.

Bought this for my wife as the charge port on her phone had begun to wear down and charging via cable was not working all the time. This wireless charger is great! Still dont understand how it works but it charges our phones and fast too!

I'm able to lay my phone on charger while working at my desk, then pick phone up use it, lay it back down on charger with out having to stop what I'm doing to plug it back in.

Bought the wireless charger when I got my S7. Wasn't sure I would like it but ended up being very happy I bought it. It works great and I don't have to worry about plugging it in or dropping it and damaging the usb port when plugged in. Fast charge is a definite plus!

Love the duality of this charger. It truly is fast charging which is a definite plus because I use my phone a lot. I like the fact that I can just lay the phone on top of the charger and a short while later, it is fully charged. It is well worth the cost. Five stars!!!

Samsung Wireless fast charging desktop Chargers do an awesome job of charging your phone and don't require you to plug it in so that's great. Just set your phone on the charger and leave it alone, or not? I say or not because area where the charging takes place in the center of the charger is actually fairly small. The phone has to be perfectly centered laying on its side to charge properly. The Galaxy Note 8 will not charge standing up right on these Chargers. I said yes I would recommend this product to a friend because you can lay your phone sideways, it just takes a little bit of paying specific attention to where you lay the phone at on the charger to begin charging.

This is a great product! No more looking for outlets to plug in my phone. I just leave this on my desktop and use when needed. It charges the phone easily and fast. Samsung always makes great, innovative products and I am a loyal customer of the brand.

This has been a great wireless charger for my iPhone X. I works well. Make sure that your phone case doesn’t create too much space between the phone and the charger, which can prevent the phone from charging.

I love that I can just charge it by placing my cell down, but it has to be placed on there just right. Also downfall is you can't use it and charge it, but otherwise totally worth it!

Was looking for just a regular fast charging plug with usb and they were oit of stock. Stumbled upon this item and it qorks perfectly. I have it on my nightstand and its so convenient to just set the phone on the pad with out fiddling woth a cord. Would buy it again

This charger comes with the Samsung fast charger. When using the fast charger plug it wirelessly charged approved Samsung cell phones fast. It also works to charge iPhones but not using fast charging.

It's great not having to mess with the charger port anymore....But this charger is finicky, I have to place my phone a certain way for it to charge and the charging light never turns off.

I really like how you can charge your phone very quickly without having to plug it in. Before this wireless charger, I was always ruining the power port on my phones from the continual plugging and unplugging. This should increase the life of my phone significantly!

This was my first ever experience with a wireless charger. Not too long after I tried it, I understood why this piece in particular was an open box. (Meaning it had been previously returned.) For me, this piece only selectively worked. That’s NOT the way it’s supposed to work (and why I gave this one 3 stars). I have since experienced how amazing the technology COULD be. Ironically, when I was returning this device, another customer asked if I knew why using a wireless charger is so great? No. So she explained to me that the phone’s battery is made up of quadrants. When only charged by a plug, the upper quadrants don’t receive as good of a charge as the lower quadrants. “This is why a battery charge doesn’t last very long.” When you place your phone flat on a charger, all of the battery is being charged at once. Meaning, the whole battery is able to fully charge. (This is flat in relation to the device. It can be charging at an angle, if that is how the charger is designed.) Sure enough, I used the new charger I replaced this piece with for the first time. And then I went for two days without needing to recharge. Honestly, my phone’s battery wasn’t nearly out at that point, so I could have gone for longer. But coming from a daily charging mentality, two days was huge for me. I’m going to see how long I can go next time. If your device supports it, I highly recommend wireless charging. The higher the amp output, the better. However, if you have a pop socket (or other handling supportive device) on the back of your phone, it won’t work through that device. It puts your phone too far away from the charger for them to connect.

This charger works great. We have five S7's in the house and I bought 2 high speed wireless chargers. Just drop the phone on the charger instead of setting it down on the table and it charges to 100% fast. I might buy a couple more for other places in the house.

Works good but not always with the otterbox defender case on it. Convenient to not have to plug your phone in
