Very good. But you have to weight down shirts to get the best wrinkle results.

At first, I liked the air dresser and I was saving time caring for my clothes. Then on day 5 of using the machine, I had to perform the suggested routine maintenance. The manual is not very clear. I called Samsung tech support and they were not helpful. Different people told me to do different things. I called Best Buy and they said they couldn't help because the product is so new. I even paid for the added protection policy. I am all for being an early adapter to things, but companies need to work through problems when they arise. I was just trying to perform routine maintenance. I do not know what I would if something actual broke. I think I am going to return the machine and steam things with my trusted Jiffy,

Used a handful of times, just a couple months outside of warranty ~ Appliance no longer dries clothes. I would avoid these machines.

I bought this as I am updating my laundry room. It works well enough on slightly wrinkled non-cotton fabrics. It works well in taking out any type of smells but it doesn't press as well as an iron would.

It does not take wrinkles out of shirts. And lent still can hold on to shirt. It a lot of money of it to only do what it says at 80%

Great product. Easy to use and set up. Looks sharp and is a great compliment to the washer and dryer set up.

I purchased this item based on positive reviews and few negative reviews. After using this item at least 10 times, I feel I can accurately review this item. The Quick cycle is "worthless" It doesn't remove any wrinkles and imparts the smell of the inside the unit. The Normal cycle runs quite a bit longer but the only result was a smell like the inside of the unit, again with no result on the wrinkles. The main issue is that the unit actually imparts on odor that is present inside the unit. The clothes go in smelling like they came out of the dryer and come out smelling like they have been put through some artificial odor machine. The clothes didn't even come of the unit smelling fresh and neutral they smell like they been pasted through a plastic steamer. Very disappointed with the result and it seems like the real reviews ( like mine) have similar results. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying this model if you want your clothes to smell less or wrinkles removed. Very disappointed on the value of this model/design. Not sure there is much more to say. Buy with caution. Great item if you want to show your friends a "cool gadget" that seems to not accomplish any part of what it is marketed to do.

It does exactly as described, its mot a home dry clean but it does freshen up sort of like a very light dry cleaning. It’s big like bigger than you think so be prepared Delivery from best buy is excellent

I have used Samsung airdresser several times since I purchased it, and it was doing a great job. Definitely, I recommend buying this airdresser. It will freshen up clothes, and remove a lot of the wrinkles.

It can dry your wet clothes without the tumble. It also unwrinkled t-shirts very well.

I was skeptical but optimistic going into this. I was going to the dry cleaner every single week but I have not paid a dry cleaning bill since we got the sanitizer! I love it!!!

A must have for anyone that wears luxury clothing. It is much more delicate than a normal washer and dryer. It does not replace washing or dry cleaning but you won't have to do it as often.
