The machine runs very well, almost inaudible when washing. Even when using normal detergent, the dishes are much cleaner than other brands that I have used. Really satisfied with the purchase, and also got a discount. Great. Recommended.

Absolutely love it!!!!! Love how quiet it is when on and the fact you can pause a cycle of you need to step out is a bonus. Not to mention how sleek it looks

This is a nice product. My only issue was that it was labeled as excellent condition but did have scratches on it. We couldn’t see the scratches until. We got it home because it was all wrapped up in plastic for protection. When I tried to call I was told I would have to go to the location to talk to someone about it.

Overall, this is a good machine. It is SO quiet. It does clean well, but the drying isn't as good as my 15 year old unit that I replaced. And, I've already had to have the automatic door release replaced. It was just a cheap plastic part that broke after 3 months. Shouldn't have happened in that short amount of time. There are tons of features and settings, but Samsung doesn't even give you a user manual. You have to go online and download a copy.

It works well. Its silent. Its stylish. The first unit stopped draining after one day. The unit was replaced by Best Buy. After two months, auto release stopped working. Best Buy is coming to fix it.

So far so good! It is a little stiff pulling racks out, could be smoother. All and all seems good a cleaning dishes and silverware.

I was expecting more from this thing, I was looking for a dishwasher that could handle washing and drying my dishes with no prewash and having them be 100% clean. This is not that washer. It's not bad, but if you're looking for the best, look elsewhere.

This fit the exact dimensions of our previous whirlpool dishwasher, but it still didn't sit flush, it had to be installed cockeyed because of the plastic "mold" shape on the back of the dishwasher, the shape differed from the whirlpool plastic mold so it looks silly but other than that...it is a really nice dishwasher when it comes to how it functions.

Very quiet and cleans well. Only complaint is the dividers do not orient dishes facing toward center which is the position for best cleaning, so you have to place half of them backwards on the rack

This is the most quiet dishwasher I have ever had. The black stainless steel color is fantastic. What a great addition to my kitchen.

The good. Super quite, easy to use. The not so good. Bottom rack is hard to transition from in to out, Gets hung up on the door with every pass, was professionally installed. the little place holders or spikes.. what ever you call them to hold dishes in place, bend easily.

This piece matches the fridge, stove & microwave I previously purchased. It is much quieter than the old one. And I forgot what shiny, clean dishes should look like!! This dishwasher is great so far. I love it!

Works great, very quiet too. Love that the controls are out of sight and reach from little fingers!

The dishwasher is quiet and does a good job cleaning, however I have a couple of issues with it. First, the middle rack spacing is not ideal for cups (too narrow mostly in the two inner channels) nor is it ideal for bowls. The metal supports are just slightly angled and funky enough to not work well. Second, the rack glides are flimsy and wobbly. Doubtful this will hold up long and feels super cheap for the money paid. That said, its very quiet and does a good job cleaning.

It does an excellent job washing. It is whisper quiet.
