They use a 3rd party contractor not Geek Squad or Best Buy. I purchased install, haul away, total tech, and parts needed for install. When they arrived I was told I needed to hire a contractor to cut into my cabinets and remove the old dishwasher and to call back so they can install the new appliance. When I looked, there was only 1 screw holding the old appliance that I easily removed. Within 10 minutes of them leaving I was able to remove the old appliance. I called back to continue install but I needed to wait 4 hours before the system "updated". Now that I call back I was given the option to either install myself or wait 5 days until they can return to finish the job. Incredible, please be careful. The idea of having to hire a contractor or having to remove myself kind of defeats the purpose of the haul away and install.
