Great washer

The product came with a broken drain tube and water supply line. Was easier just to replace myself. Bestbuy sent me to Samsung unless I wanted to return and purchase a new one. We needed one now so i repaired and moved on with my life.

They are Scammer recommending the unnecessary work & modification before Installation of equipment you purchased from Best Buy. Best Buy did not any action for their installer although multiple complains & phone calls. There are dozens complains & bad reviews while BestBuy still giving work to them

DON'T WASTE MONEY ON ANY EXTRA COVERAGE

After about a month it stopped working one day and there were parts that fell out from the bottom of the machine. Best Buy installed it and I bought their 1 year protection. Despite this I cannot get anyone out to my house to repair the item. I have called multiple time and am told that they will call back with an appointment time. I never get the call back. If you do buy this don't buy any coverage, it's worthless and you'll just waste your time trying to get someone to come out to your home.

Terrible purchase

Unfortunately, this dishwasher has been terrible. It’s loud and does a terrible job washing dishes compared to the past model. The third tray is positioned slightly too low to be able to put standard Tupperware lids in the middle tray. The dry function doesn’t come close to drying. Also, we’ve had three parts break on the unit in under four months.

We literally have to run exhaust fans in the house to be able to walk into our kitchen after running this dishwasher. Best Buy is unable to delivery/install a replacement for a month. Terrible experience!

Dishes clean and dry when the cycle completes. At the end of the cycle, to complete drying, the door gets kicked open to allow drying to complete. Dishes are ready to be put away in the morning
