Since nobody in town carried the Bespoke series, I had to buy sight unseen. The "white" glass is not a bright white. It looks beautiful, but if you expect it to match "pure" white cabinetry you may be disappointed (which I am). If this style had come in stainless, it might have been a better option. The reduced footprint is great in my small kitchen, but it takes some time adjusting to the reduced interior space. Buy your food thoughtfully - no supersize or bulk products! We have a separate chest freezer, so the freezer space is adequate. It is a series of three equal size bin/drawers (and that bottom drawer is low!). Drawers aren't very convenient for ice cube trays, and you should see the one tiny ice tray included :D Also, I was disappointed there wasn't a light in the freezer. The fridge has four shelves. Three are removeable, but only the top one is adjustable (if you call moving it down 1.5" adjustable). We weren't even able to do that because the door doesn't open beyond 90 degrees. I could get the shelf out, but I couldn't get it into the lower position because the door is in the way. Items taller than 5” will not fit. We ended up removing the middle shelf completely. There is also one large bin drawer for produce, which can hold quite a bit. There are some shelves on the door also. Two of them can be adjusted and the bottom shelf will hold ½ gallon containers. The top shelf has a cover for butter (if you take it out of the box) and a tray for six small eggs (the cover won’t close with jumbo eggs). If I were to design this fridge, I would add more fridge space either by making it a little taller or take a little space away from the freezer. Also, I understand there are situations where you wouldn’t be able to open the door beyond 90 degrees, but why make it a restriction? All in all, we are adjusting to the size, and except for the color, it seems to be a nice refrigerator. There was a time I would never have bought a purchase like this sight unseen, but I guess these are new times (not good times)!!!

I bought this to finally replace a rackety 1996 18 cuft top-freezer that came with the house when we bought it. The big white beast was an energy hog, but it would cool like the dickens. Though this is 12 cuft we managed to get everything from the old fridge into the new. The space is better managed than the old fridge, though the freezer drawers will take some getting used to. It even beeps a tone to tell you you left the door open. Great how little floor space it takes up compared to the old one. The Best Buy delivery guys got their huge truck up our little road, was great, fridge arrived in perfect condition and was in place in no time. A couple of really minor things, the middle door hinge appears slightly less than 90 degrees (see pic) and is maybe a manufacturing issue as there is absolutely no damage showing anywhere on the fridge. That said, the doors seal well, open and close easily and are aligned as checked by a ruler. And it cools perfectly as checked by thermometer. Also, it'd be great if the doors opened a little more than 90 degrees. It'd make it easier to get the freezer drawers out. The white glass is so different and matches our new white glass front Whirlpool stove...it feels so 21st century after that old fridge!

I just received today so this review is more on aesthetics/organization than whether it works. I bought this (at 50% the current price!) to replace a Whirlpool 24" fridge that had beautiful exterior and the best interior organization of any fridge I've ever had. Unfortunately, that fridge simply did not work (broke after 11 months, fixed, broke again and after that never worked). So that might influence my opinion. My other option was a Fisker-Paykel 25" at 70% more $, it had better design, organization and size but I was worried if it broke it would be hard to service. I just really needed a reliable fridge and so went with this one. Pros: The fridge cooled quickly and was at food-safe temperature withing 8 hours. It is very quiet. More quiet than my other one. The navy glass exterior is striking. Adjust temperature using a discrete touch-button strip at top of the interior fridge. Glass surface is easier to clean than stainless steel. Cons: The interior is not designed with care. Even though it's only .7 cubic feet smaller than my previous fridge, it feels much smaller. *Design of shelves is tragic. Whereas WP you could adjust the middle door shelve with one touch on a slider, with this one you have to unpack the whole shelf, then take out and reposition along 3 set positions. The door shelves are narrow and curved so you lose even more space. Even my $189 minifridge has better door shelving than this model. Good if you use a lot of very tall narrow bottles; a waste of space if you use a lot of wider bottles or bottles in the 3-7" range. Top door shelf has clearance of less than 3" even with the roll-cover removed, it's unclear what you are supposed to put here, other than individual sticks of butter. Even a small jar of olives, spice bottles had to go in sideways. Only the top interior shelf can be moved and only one position. I don't drink gallons of anything but if you do, you should measure the containers before buying this fridge. It is not designed for US containers. * There is one quite small drawer for vegetables and no tray for deli. This is going to be a problem for me. WP 24" had a large veg tray with adjustable vent and a shorter deli tray for cheese, cold cuts etc. * Plastic trays and lining throughout are flimsy, IKEA like quality. * One small light source at top front of fridge, meaning if you fill the top shelf the rest of your fridge is cast into a gloomy twilight. Not sparking joy! Gloomy. WP fridge was bright throughout. * Freezer bins are just three big drawers. Good luck organizing your frozen items. WP had two bigger drawers but also 2 trays on the top for items 3-4" high (like ice cube trays). I am not sure I could fit a large frozen pizza in here. * Completely gratuitous writing and temperature recommendations written on each drawer and on the front of of the freezer drawer. Yes, I know I can freeze chicken, fish, and pizza (I guess you aren't marketing to vegetarians). I know it's a "full box drawer." Why imprint that on the appliance itself along with info on how long each will last? It's not stylish at all for a premium priced product. * Ugly interior style. Beyond the poor lighting and bad organizational design and flimsy plastic, the style of the interior is just ugly - "diamond print" plastic bottoms on the door shelves...weird shapes. *The door opens to slightly more than 90 degrees. I'm used to this because I have a tiny space and my old 28" fridge doors always caught on the wall. But this one - just catches even without the wall! So it's a bit of a dance to get the shelves out for cleaning. In addition, I realized after receiving some other cons more specific to my situation. * The navy glass is highly reflective, almost mirror-like. This wasn't obvious in the floor model I saw in a big box store. I have a small galley kitchen, one one side a higher countertop hides the routine countertop mess (e.g. recently washed glasses by the sink). But the fridge is right across from the sink, and anyone in the living area can see reflected in its sleek surface every dirty or clean dish on my kitchen counter. *I knew glass obviously won't hold magnets, but hadn't realized how many little magnetic gadgets I've gotten used to using in my tiny kitchen (a fridge temperature monitor, a kitchen timer, magnetic bag clips, magnetic towel hook, little souvenir magnets). Nope - you have to put them all on the side. *I'm not a particularly neat person, I've had stainless steel appliances and smudges never bothered me, but this thing smudged up to an unimaginable degree within 30 minutes. If you touch it, you see not just a smudge but *your entire hand print.* Already adapting after 12 hours my behavior not to touch the front of it. Luckily easy to clean with Windex. I should have gone with the grey glass, but I'd probably be happier with stainless. Unfortunately even though it's called "Bespoke" you can't replace the panels on this one. I can live with it (at this point, it's a relief to have a working fridge) - the main thing is that it keeps my food at the right temperatures (that was were my very stylish WP failed). If it cost less than $600 I'd have no qualms. But at this price point - it just seems stupid not to put a little more effort into the interior. For those of us living in small spaces - this is not just an "overflow" refrigerator or something we put in a rental unit for kids who don't cook - this is all we have. Samsung, you can do much better. Really it does not seem much better than the minifridge stacked on a freezer. This fridge says you've made it on the outside (if you're super neat), but when you open it up, it's like, nah, you're still that person who has a dark, dreary and sad fridge. Fingers crossed though that it doesn't break down. That is the main thing.

I love the Refigerator for its size and style, good shelf space for regular and frozen section. Finger print magnet though...the door should have opened little wider than 90 degrees.

Very very nice compared to others we were considering. I do wish there was a flat shelf in freezer instead of all drawers. The doors are way harder to switch than traditional refrigerators but overall we are extremely happy.

Really great looking refrigerator I plan on having a bills and put around it. Despite its slimmer signs it really does hold a lot. I think the thermostat is not completely accurate but it does the job offers temperature options. My only complaints are that the price has gone down three times since I purchased it (was originally overpriced at $1700 obviously) but since it wasn't delivered yet I was able to fight for 2 price adjustments (the last price drop is after my return period so they would not honor it) and it took a really long time to have it delivered because the third-party delivery company is horrible, they were a no-show repeatedly. I really wanted a modern white refrigerator though so I delt with the inconveniences.

I Love my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator!! It's slim and nice design. I bought this instead of wine cellar for storing beer and wines. It's great for my purpose. Even though, I had to wait 9months to get this delivered, I'm happy with the purchase.

Fabulous refrigerator. Just right size what I wanted. What a great build quality. When I compare this refrigerator with Subzero, Samsung bespoke is better than every side.

PURCHASING OF MY REFRIGERATOR WAS QUICK AND STRESS FREE. HOPEFULLY THE ARRIVAL AND DELIVERY ARE AS SMOOTH. DELIVERY DATE IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS. CAN'T WAIT! BASED ON WHAT I HAVE READ AS AWAITING ARTIVAL.

Great for a NYC Apt as we can switch the door to meet our needs. It's also very tall so its very efficient for us in NYC. Have had for 1 year and no issue so far.

Love this refrigerator with bottom freezer! It's so quiet and sleek looking. I have much more interior space than another brand, I previously owned, of the same size. I've been monitoring the inside temperature and all has been consistent without a hitch...was installed about a month ago. I especially like how the grey glass stays clean and matches perfectly in my remodeled kitchen. I will post an update, should I encounter any issues, but so far I am very happy with my purchase! :)

I have had this unit for about 2 months. It sits in my basement only for the boys to use when they are hanging out. It is working okay since. Cools very well and looks stunning. I am in love.

Love the refrigerator. It took some time to get and we ran into problems getting it delivered 3 different times but Best Buy stood up and took responsibility. I will definitely be back!
