DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE! IT BROKE AFTER 3 MONTHS. BEST BUY WOULDNT FIX IT; SAID SAMSUNG HAD TO. SOME HOME INOVATIONS CAME AND FIXED IT IN NOVEMBER. NOW FEB 13 ITS BROKE AGAIN. SAME PROBLEM.

Fingerprints easy to too easy to see for a "fingerprint resistant" product. Clock, which is supposed to work when not in use, does not. Cannot figure that out. And buttons do not activate when touching, need to open door. Only installed this a few days ago, and wondering if this was a big mistake.

Regret Buying This Microwave

This microwave is incredibly frustrating to use. The touchscreen display is not responsive, especially when the screen isn’t already active — and by that, I mean the display doesn’t stay on to show the time or buttons unless the stove light is on. The touchscreen "buttons" are extremely finicky and rarely respond, especially to my elderly mother's touch, which makes it nearly impossible for her to use.
I genuinely regret purchasing this microwave. I wish I had chosen something else. Save yourself the hassle and look for a better option.

I had 3 fail deliveries due to poor planning/communication. I waited every single day and I had to reach out to customer service to be aware that they weren’t going to arrive. The product is in the Warehouse from Caguas.

I ordered one of these and it did not work out of the box. Best Buy was then reluctant to even exchange it because I did not pay for their installation. Now, I have to wait three weeks for a replacement and Best Buy refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

My unit broke 3 days after being installed.
The blower came on by itself then stopped and error message "Contact Customer Service C-F2" showed up. I googled and came with communication issue between mother board and main control board.

Very sleek and matched the new induction range. Much quieter than the last over the range microwave. LED lights underneath light up the rang much better. Love the touch buttons light up and disappear. Installation was fast and easy and fit perfectly.

More than three weeks after my order of this microwave I still do not have it in my possession. When purchased I was told five days. All the info I get from Best Buy is that it has been delayed. Kind of hard to respond to the email asking for a review when I haven't received the item. Is this a Best Buy problem, Samsung, ??? Don't really know, but Best Buy should be trying harder to give an update, and should have known they didn't have inventory when it was purchased.

This broke after 2 months. Have had a technician come out 5 times to try and fix and it’s still broken. Samsung will not replace and have said someone will call back with 24 hours and never called. So we now have no vent either. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! So now I guess we wait for a tech to come out again! Plus I have to leave work early to be home for him. All Best Buy will say is you should have ordered extra warranty…. No one would ever think after 2 months a $550 microwave would just stop working. Very disappointing
