Cons: the black sides are glossy whereas the rest of the bespoke line has a nice matte black. The materials feel cheap feeling, and the fan is annoyingly loud. It’s an ok microwave, but not a huge improvement over a $150 GE in terms of performance and feel.

It has so many cooking options that it takes time to get to understand them and use them all. I bought this microwave to match the rest of the Samsung package. The clean white glass looks wonderful!

I love the glass front and the easy to clean interior. Only downside that I experienced is fingerprints on the glass. I just keep glass cleaner near, and wipe off the fingerprints so not a big deal to me.

It’s easy to use as we had a similar control Samsung one before. The writing for the buttons is a little hard to see, but the familiarity from the older one helped me to know what I am looking for. Only complaint is the buttons are a little hard to see for me.
