    Died after just past warranty

    Worked fine when it worked. Lasted just past the 1-year warranty (of course) and then it stopped working. Reached out to Samsung for possible repair and the said $200 plus parts to fix which is almost the price of the microwave. Won't buy their microwaves again.

    Horrible customer service. Purchased this product on the 4/16/23 our team installed in a customers home on 5/2/24, the item sounds like a airplane. Called the store this morning and i received the run around.

    PROS: The LED under lights work well to light up the stovetop. The fan has several settings. CONS: The door is huge! The buttons aren’t actually buttons, but have light sensors. If you don’t fully cover the button with your finger, it won’t react to you “pressing” it. Doesn’t seem to heat that quickly for the power it has.

    Product looks good and does the job very well. However, it has some technical bugs. quite so often the Microwave exhaust does not turn off.

    This replaced a prior Samsung microwave which worked well for 10 years until it didn’t. This replacement microwave has been a bit of a disappointment in that all the presets doesn’t heat food evenly leaving foods cold in the center. Thus requiring manually adding additional time to make sure your meal is heated all the way through.

    This microwave should be recalled. Do a google sear h and you’ll find the controls are defective. Fan turns on high for no reason. Constantly beeps with random numbers. DO NOT BUY this junk. That goes for all Samsung appliances.

    Looks nice but doesn't hook up to SmartThings app?

    After a substantial PITA with delivery which included a lost delivery order my Samsung BESPOKE microwave was finally delivered. Of all my BESPOKE appliances this one is my least favorite and I'll tell you why: It doesn't hook up to WiFi. Now you might think, why does a microwave need to hook up to WiFi? I would have said the same thing before I updated my appliances to BESPOKE across the board. This is the only BESPOKE that doesn't connect to WiFi which means it doesn't hookup to the SmartThings app. As far as functions, this one has it all. It's powerful and has an array of special features. It looks amazing next to the other BESPOKE appliances, especially above the range. It gets 5 stars on looks, 3 stars on functionality, and 1 star on delivery and installation. The staff at the BB Outlet are amazing and get 5 stars...without them I would be cursing BB.

    Completely stopped working after only 1 year. Called Samsung support and they tried fixing it and couldn’t instead tried to offer me a new one.

    Stopped heating within first 90 days of use. Samsung came out to repair, no issues with their work and no issues with item since service.

    Do not buy, faulty construction

    Do not buy this product. Had it for exactly a year and 4 days. -SE- code comes on the screen and the microwave no longer works. Unplugging machine did not reset. Samsung states its out of warranty and either the control panel or board needs to be replaced costing $125 or $200 respectively. Plus labor, it costs the same as purchased. Ridiculous. Design cant handle steam from people that actually cook.

    My issue is with Best Buy. The product arrived with a dent on the back. It was installed anyway with the understanding that I would file a claim when the exact model is available again.

    Best Buy Lied about condition of open box item

    The product I received did not match the description. The open box item I purchased was supposed to be in excellent condition. When I went to install the device, it was missing the internal mounts. Making it impossible to install the device. Because I was outside of the return window, I was unable to get a refund. I understand this, but I was not sold what was advertised. I attempt to contact Best Buy customer service, but they hid behind the return policy and did not seem to care that they lied to me.

    The door makes noise when it opens and closes. When you use it for four minutes or more, the door fills with moisture on the outside.

      Your microwave's door isn't completely sealed so when condensation forms on the outside, some of it may get inside or between the glass panes. The most common form of condensation on the inside comes from the food you're cooking.

      Do not repair, replace, or service any part of your microwave oven yourself. Allow only a qualified service technician to perform repairs, in particular, if the door or door seals are damaged, or the door does not close properly.     Stopped working 2 weeks after warranty expired.

    I purchased on march 6, 2024. Today, March 27, 2025 it stopped working/heating up just as it surpassed the 1 year warranty. I also did notice that even the high powered setting I had to cook my food for a significant amount of time compared to my old one - which was a big clunky one from the original owners of my home.

    Beware of Warranty from Manufacturer when buying

    Buyer Beware. Samsung doesn't stand by product under their 1 year warranty. You can only get store credit at Best Buy! First micro needed to be serviced 3 times. The 3rd time. (now under Geek Squad protection) Best Buy replaced it. Replacement is faulty after 10 months. Under Samsung Warranty for the first 12 months. Now I am told no one can service it. They wont replace it. Only can get store credit which is so much lower than the replacement price. OVER 8 HRS ON HOLD OR TALKING TO BOTH BEST BUY AND SAMSUNG PUSHING BLAME ON EACH OTHER. Never again. Terrible experience. Now what do I do with custom cabinets and Samsung appliances with no replacement.
