    My microwave stop working I had this one since 2023 it looks new, but stop working and worming up food . This is ridiculous too much from Samsung Every two years I have to buy microwave. They not make them too good

    Malfunctioned 22 months after initial install and can't get parts. We got the -SE- code and nothing worked. Called authorized repair service. He called Samsung about parts and they say they don't manufacture the needed parts anymore.

    wrong manuals/defective grease filter

    The user and installation manuals were for wrong model. I have a service technician coming out next week because the grease filter keeps falling out into the food on the cooktop. Many a dinner has been ruined not to mention the hassle of cleanup. Hope they can fix the problem.

    Good microwave after 3rd time. 1st defective,2 nd crushed and damaged box. Finally 3rd time after 1 month after purchase I was able to complete install and use

    When closing door horrible squeaking noise. 10 years old one had no squeaking noise at all. Don't waste your money for this junk.

    I’ve had this microwave since August of 2022 it does not heat the food up properly. Example a bowl of chili in my previous microwave needed on 90 seconds. A bowl of chili to warm up in this microwave takes nearly 3:30. The bowls/plates come out piping hot but the food is still lukewarm. It’s super frustrating I shouldn’t need to grab an oven mitt to take my bowl/plate out of the microwave to have barely warmed up food. This microwave also does not have the function to press any singular button to auto start the warming for a specified amount of time. I do like the venting and the lights for illuminating the stove top when cooking.

    CHEAP MICROWAVE-DONT BUY THIS JUNK

    We purchased this microwave in July 2020. We have not used the microwave and noticed the other day that the letters that say SAMSUNG are missing. I am not sure if the letters or glue that is holding them cannot stand the heat from the stove but they are gone. Called Samsung and referred me to a local dealer but the dealer called me to say that they will charge me because unless the mircrowave is NOT WORKING Samsung will not cover anything cosmetic. So dont spend thousands on Samsung because they are junk!!!! If the stickers dont even stay on a month of having them, I can only imagine in 6months what they will end up being like. This is ridicious and very poorly made. Very UNSATTISFIED CUSTOMER!!
