    2nd Samsung microwave we bought . After only 2 years this one faulty as well . Different features come on without even touching it .Don’t recommend this brand . Looks pretty that’s about it

    Broken after 2 years. Stay away from Samsung.

    SE code showing in the screen after two years. Now it is useless. Very disappointed with Samsung. Second Samsung I have, first one lasted 4 years. Stay away of this brand at least for microwaves.

    Defective After 6 Months

    6 months after I purchased it, it stopped heating the food. Samsung came out to fix it and started working again. Another 6 months later, it stops heating again, only this time it's outside of the manufacturer's warranty. Sadly it was purchased as a gift.

    The equipment is very good but I had a very bad experience because it arrived with a small damage and when I made the claim, best buy did not have a solution available for me since the equipment was financed with the progressive company and this company could not do anything to help me because the equipment was a best buy so I spent 1 month and in the end they never responded for the damage

    Samsung doesn't stand behind product.

    The microwave display mysteriously shows a :07 time remaining on the display. This happens almost daily. Foolishly, my wife and I chose to live with the malfunction and the microwave is now out of warranty. At Samsung's suggestion, we tried to re-set the unit by unplugging it. That didn't help. Samsung customer service was unable to provide any satisfaction despite the fact that over the last two years we have purchased a full suite of Samsung kitchen appliances as well as a large Samsung flat screen TV. This will likely be the last time that I purchase any Samsung products.

    First one stopped working a week in. SE error. Had to buy a replacement since it was during COVID. Samsung won’t allow for returns. Just spoke to them and they need to send a tech to the house to fix it and then we keep it. Seems it would be less expensive to allow a return. Second one works.

    Slow at heating food, also finish inside was flak

    This microwave looks nice but it takes much longer to heat food vs the same wattage whirlpool I had. Also The finish on the bottom and top of microwave kept flaking off in my food and every time I wipe the surface. I ultimately ended up returning and getting a new whirlpool.

    Bad microwave with unfixable errors

    Purchased this microwave on December 21, 2020 and it cannot cook popcorn as of today. C-10 error code keeps coming up and cannot clear it. Trouble shooting guide does not list the cause or the fix. Only states gas error with gas/easy/ph sensor. Try to google how to fix and no one has a way to fix error. Customer support says it will charge me $100 for diagnostic test and charge labor and parts. I had a GE microwave (over the range as well) for 10 years and it never gave me any errors or problems.
