    Bought this microwave 2 yrs ago and it broke. It smoked so bad I had to open all the windows of the house to get the smoke out. Fire Hazard??? don't buy!!!!!!!!

    I can see why this thing only has a 1 year warranty. It had multiple parts fail before it was even 2 years old. It's especially a pain in the neck because it's an over-the-range so it's a hassle to remove it even.

    Worst piece of garbage on the market. Had to have it replaced 3 times in 13 months. Samsung and Bestbuy refuse to really assist me on this lemon. Stay away from Samsung and don't expect mush help with your issues from Them or Bestbuy!

    My stove was damaged when it came in the microwave was also . The stove will not keep a constant temperature it has code twice over heating . Can’t get any one to respond about getting a new stove . I am very dissatisfied.

    Fan suction is horrible, doesnt not work at all!!! Just lets everything roll over the front and up my cabinets. Called best buy transferred to repairs who said none of the samsungs suck well....then hung up on me when I asked for someone else. I have had it for less then a month and thats how your treated.. not used to this from best buy.

    Bought this on 3/8/24. On 4/29/24 we got the SE error code. ( which indicates a problem with the control board or touchpad) Flipped the breaker to see if it would reset. No luck. Tried to set up a repair appointment and according to the repair company Samsung was unable to provide the parts for repair. What a joke. Working on getting a refund from Samsung now.

    Terrible Customer Service & Problems with the Unit

    The unit had a serial number but because the sticker was put on incorrectly the information rubbed off. We now need warranty work and no one will work on it even with documentation that we purchased it. We spent over 9K on kitchen appliances with Best Buy and not one person has stepped up to help figure out a solution. We have called Samsung about 10 times now and the service guy showed up and said he is not allowed to work on the unit since it does not have a serial number.

    Purchased this item August 2022. Microwave went out today after normal use, once or twice a day. We can smell the wires burning and it starts to smoke. We were planning on changing all appliances to Samsung but that’s definitely not going to happen!

    Microwave was great...while it worked. Microwave stopped heating just over the one year mark. Called to have it serviced, and they want to charge me roughly $200 in labor to diagnose and fix, plus $50 to unmount and remount it after they fix it. $250 to fix estimated. This was a $450 microwave! It should last well over what it did. The one year warranty is a joke. Stay away from Samsung appliances.

    Two weeks into its installation, timer began switching in a seven-second mark and would remain that way until you clear it. It's annoying. Apparently, this is a common problem with Samsung.

    Im a huge Samsung fan. Almost every electronic equipment including kitchen appliances is a Samsung product and I have to say without doubt this is the worst Samsung product I ever purchased. 1000 watts? That must be a typo. Not intutive. Nothing works unless you push the Start button. Even the cheap 70 bucks Insignia microwave starts when you push the 30 seconds button. For 1 minute, you actually have to push 1 plus 00 and start. What is this 1980? My last Electrolux microwave rated at 1000 watts cooks 4 times faster than this mess. If I wasnt selling the house, I would rip it out and return it.

    looks nice but after a few months it started throwing a SE error code and not working. we unplugged it and it worked again until a few days ago when it started doing it again and now its dead. we haven't even had it a year. I would not buy again!

    Really like this microwave, originally chose this one because it did not have a handle and did not have to worry about matching it with my other appliances. I use the microwave for basic reheating, defrosting, etc. functions. Does not have any express options but that works for me.

    This over the range microwave was too large. It did not allow adequate space under the hood to use the range well. We would not be able to use our larger pots on the rear burners of the stove. We returned it and the Best Buy folks were great in helping us.

    After 2 months, the microwave starts beeping about every 30 minutes and gives out error code "7". Return period is over, and it's really hard to get support from Samsung directly. Reading it up, it might even cause fire. Don't know what to do, this is not a good experience.
