The only problem I give it a 4 only because of its size. It’s massive and I had to raise my cabinets in order for it to fit over the stove. Also if I could give a review on customer service and delivery it would be a 0. I ordered this in September but just got it. Customer service kept losing to me and kept setting appointments only to send a reschedule email the day of the delivery. Horrible experience. I would not make any appliance purchases from Best Buy.
