We like that this microwave doesn’t have a handle. It opens on the side so the front is smooth. The pre-programmed cooking works great!

So far the microwave works well. I like the two lights on the bottom that lights the stove top especially since the microwave stand out a little further then our old one, from the cabinets.

It is sleek with several premium features. The rack is stable enough to defrost a roast while you are also defrosting vegetables. Some models talk about being finger print resistant but this model really is.

I spent a lot of time researching microwaves. This is the best one out there in its price range. The interior is ceramic making it easy to keep clean. It heats food evenly and well built.

Beautiful and strong with lots of portions in cooking. Looks amazing relaxed the common over heat vent for this and couldn't be happier.

First of all the lettering came off when i wiped it down after the first few days then we Decided to do a remodel right after we received it and when my husband and contractor went to take it down they couldn't get one of the bolts out because it was stripped out so it had to be cut out Called to get the part we needed which they said it would take 3-5 days took 7 days and got the wrong part now been trying for 2 days to get someone on phone to try to get something figured out ... Worst service ever

This is a very nice looking microwave. The only issue I have is the exhaust seems to pull very little smoke despite the loud noise.

Love the color and all the preset options. The blue display color is great and we were able to install the microwave on our own. Very happy with our Samsung appliances.

Love the large area for cooking in: the multi levels for the vent: especially the light underneath to light up the whole cooking range below it! A sleek look but fingerprints show on "start" and frequently used numbers.
