    Works great has lots of settings..the setting for melting butter is great does not burn the butter and use the setting for reheating dinners all the time

    This worked fine for about 2 months then we had to have it repaired. The service guy was very good. Unit has worked fine not for the last 5 months.

    Best microwave we have ever owned. Cleans nicely, heats food evenly. Doesn’t overcook things in 10 seconds, like others we have owned. Nice work Samsung

    The only fault we can find so far are the buttons are a little finicky to press. Vents very well and the light on the bottom for the stove is exceptional.

    The first one we got was like some of the reviews there was a dent in the back and a ding on the front. The second one was good though and it works well so far.

    Google Samsung microwaves and you are certain to see a “7 seconds” issue associated with a chirp. Samsung denies they have an issue, but the internet is littered with complaints of units doing this from anywhere from 6months to 2-3yrs after purchase. Samsung is happy to charge you to fix it though! Total crap, a microwave should be able to last more than 2-3years.
