    This unit is very easy to use and cooks very well. Inside is very spacious and you can put large dishes. Powerful Vent with 5 different speed helps to remove odors.

    The fact that the item is made streamline made all the aesthetic difference in the world. For us its just a warming tool so all the other features are an added plus.

    Tried frozen foods, hot beverages and used for defrosting.. All settings worked as expected - never had reason to reset or heat 2nd time.

    Love this microwave and all it’s features, but as some of the other reviews say the Fan is loud. All the other features out weigh that for me though.

    matched our Samsung stove stainless steel 5.8 convection oven. Like the fact there is no protruding door handle; opening is flush mounted. No negative aspects to product.

    We are waiting for our third installation of this microwave. The first had a defective light. No low setting--try another one. Second one immediately after install and first test run by us, a noisy clanking sound like a fan turning and hitting another piece of metal. What will the third one bring.

    I believe the microwave is 950watts. I’m not very pleased with the time it take to heat things up. I had a GE prior to this that was 1100 watts that worked well and heated quickly. The panel says “sensor” cooking which the unit does not have a sensor and it requires more force than expected for the touch screen to work. Not very pleased with the product.

    We love the fingerprint resistance. This stays surprisingly very clean. I was skeptic about the defrost, but it worked perfectly without cooking the ground beef.
