Unfortunately after only 5 months of owning it, the front touchpad/buttons no longer work and the clock no longer shows up. It seems the whole front display has already malfunctioned. Another issue is that when it did work, there is no button to change power level and no clear way to change it while running the microwave. In the end this was a disappointing purchase considering the price and the length of time it worked.

When a microwave isn't starting or heating, the most common reason is that it is in Demo mode. This mode is used on retail showroom floors to show off microwaves without activating their magnetron. We recommend checking the link below for more information.
