    About a month after I purchased it it would have the time displayed on it and then you would hear a beep and you look and you would see the number seven like somebody had pressed it in a minute or two later it’ll beep again and will add another seven. When I called Samsung they told me that there is an update for the door so they sent out a technician the technician came out and inspected the microwave and proceeded to tell me it already had the updated door so he did something and told me to see if that worked and he said if it didn’t to call Samsung back! Well it did not work so I called them back and they Told me to take it back to the store where I purchased it from and they would refund my purchase in form of credit for the store only. Do not buy any Samsung appliances they are junk! bought a dishwasher at the same time and it broke too they told me to take it back to the store as well. I will never buy Samsung appliances again!!
