    The microwave works fine, but Best Buy does not. The first microwave installed had a bad hinge, so a new one had to ordered. But the customer has to the reordering. Second one also bad, plus 2 deliveries without an installer, so they wouldn't leave the replacement. Each time, I had to make phone calls to correct their mistake.

    This is the second exact microwave. The first one almost burnt up right at the 3 year warranty mark.

    The title of this microwave clearly says “smart,” however, this bespoke unit is not smart like the others in the bespoke line. Disappointed by that since i liked the look of this better than the others in the line. Still a nice unit though.
