Great purchase! The drinks area and water jug always filled is a great idea. The 2 separated doors giving a possibility of turning into a freezer or not is a smart idea. Not to mention the glass doors! Beautiful and fingerprint proof!

Samsung is terrible

I knew Samsung is a terrible company for appliances but I really liked this fridge. The ice containers have a notch in the back so ice falls out every time you scoop. I finally got so sick of having ice all of my freezer that I had Samsung come out. They said it's a known issue with a known repair. They replaced two parts (and came out 4x) and the issue was never resolved. But they won't do anything else because they say it functions as it should. It's clearly a design flaw.
