Best Buy has done its very best to mess up every possible delivery scenario you can imagine. No confirmation calls, no firm delivery date, changing delivery dates without any notification and just an all-around weakness as far as customer care is concerned. I don’t know what the product is going to be like because I haven’t received it. Thanks to the ineptitude of the department responsible for deliveries.
