The fridge is wonderful and has plenty of room. I like the inside details, the lightning and the fridge zone separation. The only thing that is not as good as I was expecting is the screen. The screen is nice but sometimes lags when you open some apps. It allows you to connect Alexa, ring and other features with the family hub. You can see your energy consumption which is a nice feature through SmartThings app. My family and kids love the automatic doors.

I’ve had the refrigerator for a month now I love it had to update program in once and that called for me to unplug the refrigerator which if I was alone, I would have to pull out the refrigerator to unplug it and then plug it back in. There should be something on the screen to restart it. That’s the only downfall but it’s my new toy. I love technology.

We absolutely over the white glass of this fridge. It fits right in with our design aesthetic. The integration of Alexa and all the features are great. It’s definitely a show stopping and major conversation piece.

Nightmare experience and it isn’t even over with!!!! We ordered the standard size to be delivered 11/30 and had to exchange for counter depth (which was an additional $1200). During the original delivery there were many issues that caused damage to the exterior of our home. Waited the 10 days (12/10) for the exchange date (without a refrigerator in our kitchen) for them to call us same day of delivery and tell us it was back ordered and we weren’t going to be getting a fridge. I made them take the other fridge as it didn’t fit in our home (left outside by first delivery company so we spent $100 in tarps to cover it) and they pushed our next exchange date to 12/23..we continued without a refrigerator in our home. 12/23 comes and they bring the fridge but they break a wire in delivery. Customer support told us to accept this one and have a tech come out. Tech comes Friday 12/27 and within seconds sees he cannot fix it and has to order a new door replacement. Door appt is 1/7..he suggested we request another exchange because there were many issues with the fridge (constant door open sensor, temp for freezer reading 50F and more.) that he can’t guarantee will be fixed with the new door. I call to set up exchange and the woman tells me it’ll be 1/25 until we get one. I said no find me one sooner and she tells me she can have one to me before the end of the year, this phone call was 12/27 so that was what we wanted. Told me someone would call me in 24-48 hours and no one ever called. I called back on Monday 12/30 only for them to tell me she didn’t actually do anything and now we can’t get the exchange until 1/28..we have not had a fully functioning refrigerator in our kitchen since removing our old one on 11/30!! This is ridiculous. The contact that gave me her direct line won’t answer my calls and I’m not even getting angry at her I’m just frustrated now! And now it’ll be 4 days of missing work to deal with this issue….will we ever get this fridge fully working or a new one?!?!

This is an awesome refrigerator its expensive but it’s worth every penny.

New fridge came with a small dent on front panel. Otherwise great fridge !

Do not use Best Buy’s delivery service. They have messed up every delivery and multiple times. They destroyed a 85 inch TV, they messed up the refrigerator and couldn’t install it, the same with the dryer which both fridge and dryer on number two and three respectively. They messed up my neighbors refrigerator delivery, which he had to pay private entity to take his other way because the delivery people are awful at best and intentionally incompetent and rude. It’s sad because I really like Best Buy but I won’t have anything else delivered and probably just buy someplace else. I still haven’t received the refund from my refrigerator which they brought the exchanged refrigerator and took away the one that was delivered a month ago because it didn’t work and Best Buy requires you to buy the other refrigerator even if they’re exchanging it for you so I had to buy a second refrigerator And now the one that they took away his lost This delivery service is gonna put Best Buy out of business. I hope not but they will.

Spacious fridge engineered very well and maximized every bit of space. Love the counter depth feature and the hub was icing on the cake. Able to connect the fridge to all my smart devices including my ring doorbell so whenever someone rings the bell the video automatically appears on the screen. The beverage center is the coolest out of all the brands and i really like the two trays with the two different sized ice cubes. If your hands are full, there are sensors on the fridge that you would just need to tap and the doors will automatically open for you. This fridge goes above and beyond what you will expect out of it.

Have bot gotten fridge yet looks cool. I think i will really enjoy the tech features amd being able to watch things. I like how it hooks to google.

Great refrigerator, bells and whistles for days. Have really enjoyed the size and functionality.

Cool fridge. My second one. The 2 ice cube options are great. Water station is convenient. I would suggest updating the height measurements though. There’s a cover on top behind the hinges that won’t allow you to push you fridge in counter depth. I’ll have to modify my top cabinet to make it fit correctly.

Aesthetically beautiful equipment as well as very functional in all aspects. Open only the desired door; it allows for energy efficiency and convenience. The tablet-like display is an additional plus. Very happy with the equipment
